Founded and operated by Austin Eva, our Ottawa-based company focuses on residential renovations and new custom builds, specializing in building envelope renovations, basement conversions, and framing.

Austin started his journey in construction as a labourer at a friend’s renovation company. Thirteen years later, he’s completed his carpentry apprenticeship through Algonquin College and has built a reputation for honest advice, technical expertise, and hands-on work ethic.

What sets Eva Construction apart? Consistency. Austin is your foreman, your point of contact, and the one swinging the hammer. You’ll see the same familiar face every day on-site—overseeing work, coordinating with trades, and ensuring everything meets his high standards.

We’re not the biggest company in Ottawa—and we don’t want to be. Our goal is simple: deliver quality workmanship on every project, no matter the size. That means precision in every detail, open communication, and the kind of reliability you wish every contractor offered.

When he’s not on the tools, Austin enjoys time with family and friends, hitting the gym, or unwinding with a game or two.
